As a Behavioral Scientist Researcher, you will Plan, design, execute and analyze behavioral experiments. This includes Working with BeFi research scientists, define and own behavioral finance projects, including developing approach, execution, and stakeholder readouts, and Consults with business partners to understand business objectives and apply appropriate behavioral theories.

As a postdoctoral fellow you will assist with study design and implementation, data analysis, and publication of study findings. In addition, the fellow will work on secondary data projects

You will conduct research both independently and in collaboration with Booth Faculty in the Center for Decision Research (CDR), with particular encouragement to advance high quality, cutting-edge empirical research.

You will interpret and communicate insights & findings and applies behavioral science and behavioral economic principles. The responsibilities include advising teams to develop functional strategies (often segment-specific) on matters of significance. You will also exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and will work with minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
