The International College of the Behavioral Sciences (ICBS) was created to support the theory and practice in the growing discipline of behavioral sciences. Inspired by organizations such as the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit, the ICBS embraces the concepts and practice of the interplay between research, training, and consultation.
